If you haven't guessed already, I'll fess up now. I have a huge hard-on for old guys. Especially dead old guys. That being said, here are some snippets from one very venerable dude.[image from Wikipedia]

-It is impossible to imagine the universe run by a wise, just and omnipotent God, but it is quite easy to imagine it run by a board of gods. If such a board actually exists it operates precisely like the board of a corporation that is losing money.
-The capacity of human beings to bore one another seems to be vastly greater than that of any other animals.
